Salvage clean previous Tennant had caused some very costly damage (£££) they wrecked the Carpets - which had hard dried on paint stains and cigarette burns everywhere.
Dirty End of Tenancy, Carpets with dark stains & watermarks. Not everything came up but looks 10x better. They saved a lot (£££) not having to replace it!
